1.      Product
Description The product is the water base lost foam coating. It takes aluminosilicate as the main refractory aggregate. To ensure the stable quality of the products, the additives and refractories are imported raw materials. This coating is mainly suitable for the foaming model made of polystyrene and its copolymer.

HC-C-I01;  Range Tt is successfully applied in iron castings, such as gearbox, flange, sluice valve, transmission box. and other cast iron products.
HC-C-I02;  Tt is successfully applied in ductile iron casting, such as valve body/hydrant/shell. and other cast iron products.
HC-C-S01; Tt is successfully applied in steel casting, such as fire grate/nozzle. and other cast iron products.

4.      Method
It is recommended that customer use the mixer with variable frequency and adjustable speed. The operation rules are as follows (detail information need to ask engineer):
(1)  Prepare low-hardness water in advance and add water to 60% of the powder. 
(2)  Turn on the mixer and control the speed at 600 RPM. Add dry powder slowly, remember not to pour all the dry powder, prevent dry powder agglomerate cause motor burn.
(3)  After adding the dry powder, stir for 1.5 hours in spring, summer and autumn, and for 2 hours in winter.
(4)  Turn off the mixer and measure the Baume. If you want to use three layers, it is required that the Baume is controlled at 73-75, the coating thickness is about1.1-1.2mm. According to different product requirements, increasing Baume can increase the coating thickness.
