 (1)      Coding: A product corresponding to a program. As long as the glue head walked along the bonding line, the machine will automatically record the glue line,and then automatically generate the program. And it is very easy for us, people without coding skills or even basic computer skills can be trained to work independently in one or two days.

(2)      Adjust the glue joints：Using different aperture of the glue needle or change the air pressure inside the glue barrels. The glue joints should contain as little glue as possible.

(3)      Batch production：In the actual production process ，regular bonding operations could be started with four button on Control Box.“Run”“Pause”“Reset”“Scram”.
