1.   Description

The equipment is used for foam pattern making, through steam heating, water cooling, with the mold and the raw material transmission system, to produce foam pattern with the size requirements.

 (1)  The steel plate is not easy to deform after the high-temperature heat treatment at the temperature of 600 degrees. The guide post is treated with quenching and electroplating of 45# steel;

 (2)  PLC programmable controller and touch screen control, select manual and automatic feeding, automatic completion of mold closing, mold locking, heating,fixed shift mold heating, cooling, mold opening a molding process;

 (3)  The hydraulic system of this machine adopts motor circuit. The oil pump does not work in the rest of the time, saving energy consumption;

 (4)  Adopt photoelectric approach control, high precision, ensure the model deviation is small, foam pattern smooth;

The equipment can be equipped with vacuum system. The water is cooled by atomizing and then assisted by negative pressure to lower the boiling point of the water. Heat is taken away through water evaporation, which not only has high cooling efficiency, but also saves wat resources and improves the site environment.
